17' Oh!!! Pasquale and Tavano are off to the races as Salihamdzic tries to obstruct Pasquale and fails to do so. Instead of squaring the ball to a wide open Tavano he decides to go for glory himself and his shot is well saved by Belardi!! The rebound is cleared by Nedved as Bellardi is down injured but it looks like he will be able to continue.
15' Belardi makes a confident catch as he snatches a cross that was heading towards Tavano at the far post. It's been a tentative start for the Bianconeri as they are on the back foot already.
13' The crowd jeers as Juventus push forward through Molinaro but the attack comes to nothing after some good defending by Galante. Vidigal brings down Nocerino this time and concedes a free kick. Vidigal better be careful as he has been involved in two crunching tackles in the early stages of the match.

9' Ouch!! Vidigal crunches Trezeguet with a wicked tackle and the Frenchman is down on the ground in agony. He receives some treatment from the medical staff and looks like he will be able to continue. He is going to feel that tackle in the morning!!
5' Tavano makes a run into Juventus territory and sends in a cross that is cleared out by Legrotagglie for a corner kick. De Vezze plays the corner low into the near post and Tavano steers the ball over the crossbar.
